Lady's Well Shepherd's Hut

Spent a blissful 7 nights at this beautiful, tranquil shepherds hut. My partner and I were received with a warm welcome and communication throughout our stay was good, with help on hand when needed. The location is on a farm which felt secluded which was what we were after, yet only a stones throw away from the beach, local amenities and supermarkets for bigger shops. Loved having fields and the viewing point to ourselves with only the sounds of nature and wildlife for company. Feeding the carp every morning was a lovely way to start our day followed by a mid-morning hot tub soak. Was lovely having fresh towels replaced half way during our stay and the hot tub cleaned as well. We dined at the local pub and sampled the local Chinese one evening, both great and only a short walk away. We had such a lovely time, hit the spot for switching off from the world for little while. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a break which feels like a million miles away from anywhere but has plenty to offer on its doorstep, both at the Shepherds Hut, around the local area for walks and to explore further afield. This Shepard’s Hut getaway is just what is needed when you wish to leave the hustle and bustle of life behind. The hut is pure bliss, so peaceful. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile from Sharon who was so kind and thoughtful. She put our luggage in a golf buggy and made sure we got to the hut safely. The hut itself is so cosy- the underfloor heating in the winter is the best thing ever. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean. Every little detail is thought out, even down to fresh milk in the fridge, tea & coffee, cookies. The hot tub was amazing- red hot, bubbly and you’re even able to connect your phone to the Bluetooth! The surrounding village is so lovely- there is a Chinese and a Local pub that serves amazing food right within walking distance. The only advice I have is to bring your wellies in the wet and wintery seasons! They come in handy. Overall I cannot fault the Shepards Hut, we had the best getaway, and will definitely be returning again. Do not hesitate to book :) ...

Stayed for 2 nights for my partners Birthday. Lovely remote little hut. Nice and toasty in this weather with the log burner and underfloor heating. Cute little setting with the pond and boat. Wood topped up each day for log burner/outdoor fire pit, which was great for toasting marshmallows on. Hot tub nice and cosy for 2 people. Only downside was having to leave and come back to normality....

We Loved absolutely everything about our trip away to lady wells shepherds hut. Upon arrival we received such a lovely welcome from Sharon. She was so Informative on the history and area and all they had to offer. She Explained how everything worked and made sure we had all we needed. She was amazing from start to finish and had a wonderful sense of humour!!! The location, grounds and accommodation were all wonderful. Every detail has been thought about and catered for perfectly. We Loved the buggy ride up with our luggage through the orchard such a beautiful peaceful setting. Loved the viewing platform and watching the sunset with the deers grazing - totally unaware of our presence Can't wait to return!!! ...

Enjoyed a fabulous few days at Lady's Well Shepherds Hut. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and above and beyond welcome. The perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries.
