Very comfortable roomy cottage, in a great location, especially if you like walking and the proximity to the coast and beautiful scenery.

This cottage is in a great location within a country park area. Well equipped and spacious. I found the park very peaceful and quiet allowing a relaxing and deep sleep after a full day of walking around an historic landmark.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful grounds. Ideally situated for exploring the “forgotten corner” of Cornwall. Very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Local staff very friendly and efficient in responding to and resolving a couple of minor issues....

Upon entering the property there is a small wc in the entrance hall, this was dirty with cob webs and flaking paint on the walls and toilet pipework. I appreciate that the let caters for dogs which is great however, all the furnishings were dated and and not that clean. There was a small in the kitchen from the drains which I appreciate the owners were most likely not aware of, we did not progress this as we were away from the let for the majority of our stay. There is no shaving / electric tooth brush charger on the bathroom which had mould around the shower and cob webs. Both bedrooms back on to a courtyard for the cafe so when open there can be a lot of noise ( if one wanted to have a luy-in ). Having had a holiday let in the Cotswolds I can safely say that the cleaning was in no way up to the standard that we operated which was always 100% and 5 stars. If the owners out source the cleaning I would look for another company. ...
