Location very convenient, amazing sea views. Modern cottage in good condition. Would not recommend to young families- no stair gates and this is reverse accommodation so you will spend a lot of time upstairs, constantly watching young children in case they fall down the stairs…not safe or relaxing sadly…...

Excellent place to stay for us as a couple, central to St Mawes with it's own parking space!! Really enjoyed our week there even in early October. Easy access to the centre and coastal walk to St Just, well worth doing.
