Sea Spray is a lovely cottage. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Nicely situated in St. Mawes with stunning views over the harbour and beyond. The owners have thought of everything. There was even a pair of binoculars to make the most of the view....

This is a very well situated property that allows you to discover the treasures of the Roseland. The provision of onsite parking is a bonus, but could be a little challenging for those not so confident parking in close proximity to other cars and steps. The Rising Sun pub is well worth a visit as is the Hidden Hut....

Lovely cottage with lovely views over the estuary. 3 minute walk to the beach or town. Well equipped and cosy. Great having a parking bay outside. Good Co-Op for for provisions and lovely atmosphere around the town. People very friendly. Beach ok although not sandy, nice place to sit when the tide is out. The water was lovely and clear. Castle worth a visit. If you want to go across to Truro or Falmouth by car/motorbike, the King Harry Ferry is worth using. Saves quite a bit in time and mileage. Highly likely to return....

A well-equipped cottage with good views across the river, in very convenient location near several dining options, local shops and the ferry to Falmouth. Depending on size of car and the driver's skill the car parking space may be difficult to use but the village car park is nearby. ...
