A little further afield, St Mawes is a vibrant village where you can catch the passenger ferry for a day out in the maritime town of Falmouth.

We have used Classic Cottages for the past 5 years and have received excellent service. This year we stayed at Seascape Portscatho. Beautiful property of a high standard. We would highly recommend Classic Cottages and Seascape as a holiday cottage.

Seascape is fantastic, superbly equipped, very comfortable and the enclosed and well tended garden was a real bonus for our dog Murphy and for our privacy. Very quiet and peaceful too. It was just what we needed, close to the sea, one of the best equipped and most comfortable places we have ever stayed in. The owner seems to have thought of everything. Highlight of our stay was the Friday night fish and chips we got from the van that parks up at the bottom of the road, The Atlantic Fryer, absolutely superb.
