This is a perfectly situated and immensely comfortable base for holidaying in and around Penzance. Lovely parks in Penzance; walking along the coast in either direction; excellent bus services for linear trips. Don't miss the Savoy Cinema in Penzance, also 5 minutes walk. We'd like to come back in the summer for the Penlee park Open Air Theatre as well....

What a lovely place to stay! Very homely, even had a cream tea welcome pack, milk in the fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboard. Most appreciated! Great location too, everything you could want is on the doorstep!

A well maintained and excellently located property. Just a 1 minute walk from the Promenade. Close to restaurants and pubs. We wete a fily of 4 and enough room for us all. Nice backyead area, if people had younger children

This is a very clean and well furnished apartment in a great location. It is very well equipped with plenty of china and utensils in the kitchen. Also, lots of wardrobe space and storage and a very comfortable sitting room. The owners have made it very homely with personal touches which were much appreciated. We did however have issues with noise from the top floor occupants, mostly during the night. There also is a dampness problem in the apartment, mainly the kitchen area. ...
