Headford Farm cottage is a very spacious barn conversion on a friendly working farm. The courtyard garden is at the back, and the two paddocks for you to use are to the left.
The extra wide doors let in the light and sunshine. Parking is right next to the cottage.
A walk through the gorgeous on-site wild flower meadow must be on the 'to do' list.

The Quantock Hills were the first of the Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Walks and trails are plentiful as are stunning views.

Venture into the calm, green spaces of the Somerset Levels. Walk for miles along the paths, see Glastonbury in the distance and listen to the sound of birdsong.
Have a day out along the North Somerset coast. Visit Minehead for Steam Trains and traditional seaside fare, or maybe take a trip to the picturesque Dunster Castle, perched high up on a hillside.
This is the Headford Reservoir - a lovely walk along country lanes from the cottage.
You are close to the magnificent moorland of the Quantock Hills and Exmoor - so keep looking for these magnificent Red Deer, whilst you're walking the beautiful hills.
This is the beach at Kilve, an extraordinary part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the rocks for fossils, or follow the cliff path.

First time here and if you are after a good base to walk The Quantocks then this is it! Really comfortable, spacious for 2, effective wood burner and appreciated the free logs. A well thought out and planned holiday Cottage with everything thought of. Owners next door but hardly saw them so certainly not obtrusive. Paddocks across the drive great for the dogs....

Wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay at Headford Farm Cottage. The owners were really welcoming to us and our dogs and have created a lovely space to either chill out and enjoy the local walks and farm grounds or explore the local area. The small courtyard area catches the afternoon and evening sun to drink the local beers and ciders and the log burner was the perfect end to the day. It was also great to have the paddock to exercise the dogs and spot pheasants and rabbits! Bed was very comfortable, shower nice and hot, well equipped kitchen was great to cook food from the local farm shops and markets. Local shop is also very well stocked. Totally recommend this cottage....

This is a lovely, rural property in a peaceful location. The owners live in the farmhouse next door so are on site if you need them. There is a wood burner if you need it and a useful area for drying off wet boots etc. There are three paddocks available for you to use with your dogs (they are not secure so if you’ve got naughty runaway dogs bring a long line!) and the views of the surrounding countryside are gorgeous. There is a small, sheltered courtyard at the back of the house which was a sun trap. We loved our stay here and hope to return. Thank you. ...

We were very impressed with headford cottage, everything we needed was provided and the owners were lovely. We stayed over Christmas and with lights twinkling and log fire burning, it was truly magical. I can't recommend this place enough, if you're thinking of getting away at any time of the year, the cottage is just perfect. We would definitely look to stay here again, we didn't want to leave! ??...
