Headford Farm cottage is a very spacious barn conversion on a friendly working farm. The courtyard garden is at the back, and the two paddocks for you to use are to the left.
The extra wide doors let in the light and sunshine. Parking is right next to the cottage.
A walk through the gorgeous on-site wild flower meadow must be on the 'to do' list.

The Quantock Hills were the first of the Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Walks and trails are plentiful as are stunning views.

Venture into the calm, green spaces of the Somerset Levels. Walk for miles along the paths, see Glastonbury in the distance and listen to the sound of birdsong.
Have a day out along the North Somerset coast. Visit Minehead for Steam Trains and traditional seaside fare, or maybe take a trip to the picturesque Dunster Castle, perched high up on a hillside.
This is the Headford Reservoir - a lovely walk along country lanes from the cottage.
You are close to the magnificent moorland of the Quantock Hills and Exmoor - so keep looking for these magnificent Red Deer, whilst you're walking the beautiful hills.
This is the beach at Kilve, an extraordinary part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the rocks for fossils, or follow the cliff path.

Second visit to Headford Farm Cottage...albeit nearly 5 years apart. Fire lit for our arrival and festive decorations.....great cosy warm welcome, as weather was howling at the time of arrival! Plenty of walks straight from cottage so no need to use car, for a few days at least. Very spacious living area with two nice big sofas. Car parking right outside front door The outside patio area looks good...but as this was a New Year visit with generous amounts of wind and rain we were either squelching in the mud out walking or warm inside by the wood burner...lovely. A beautiful place to stay, spotlessly clean and every thing you need, a real home from home. Emily was very helpful if needed. Perfect retreat if you have a dog. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent place to stay with two Labradors. Lots of fantastic walks to enjoy for both humans and canines. Very useful having the use of the meadow and orchard adjacent to the cottage for dogs first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Also a lovely place to sit and enjoy the surroundings....
