Al fresco dining is a must. The garden is fenced off with 4ft stock fencing all the way around from the parking area. The fencing to the right of the picture now sits in the middle of the hedge that has grown up creating a lovely back drop to the garden.
The well-equipped kitchen-area enjoys views over the garden.

The owner are very friendly and helpfully, but not at all intrusive. The welcome pack complete with dog treats, bowls and plaids in case of needing them for the furniture were a nice touch. The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable and very well equipped, we missed nothing. It is located in a quiet area with a few local walks and perfect to relax after a day out and enjoy the stunning view. The Garden with seating allows privacy and to sit outside (if the weather permits) Although the weather was changeable during our stay, but that did not stop us. We visited intressting points in the countryside and did some walks on the SWCP. The cottage is well located for exploring Devon, Cornwall and the coasts, because you have a quick access to the A30 in Launcheston. ...

Lovely cottage in a very peaceful setting with a perfect sided garden for the dogs. Very close to Launceston for supermarket. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet relaxing place to stay.

Nearby Launceston is a great little town with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and history to enjoy and explore.
