This is our second time at No 4 and we still love it as much as we did the first time. Problems on arrival were sorted efficiently and willingly by Classic; the cleaning team had recently changed, the cottage had not been stayed in for some weeks, so it did not feel as warm and welcoming as we had expected. Once settled and warm, we had a wonderful week, the cottage is spacious and very comfortable, great bedrooms with excellent beds, good quality pillows, linens and towels. Indeed, all the equipment is of a high standard, crockery, pans and cutlery a pleasure to use. So many places have now been taken over by second homes and holiday lets but Newlyn still has a feel of being lived in by locals and people going about their everyday lives. There is no need to stray far, there is plenty to do in the immediate area. ...

Mr Marshall February 2024
We had a great week in no.4 exploring this far west end of Cornwall. Easy access to Sennen, Porthcurno, Geevor tin mine, Minack Theatre, as well as Newlyn / Mousehole / Penzence, so plenty of things to do in all weathers. If it raise you can always sit in the window bench seat and read a book or collect your thoughts whilst looking at St Michael's Mount! As per other reviews we found the property to be more spacious than we expected from the photographs, especially in the main downstairs room, which was a good surprise. We mostly stayed down there, though if you really want the best view of the harbour you have to climb the stairs to the top bedroom!...

Great house and location
Dr Russell-Watts February 2023
We had a lovely peaceful week here for February half term. It's an easy walk down into the centre of Newlyn for shops and several places to eat, with the nearest pub (Fisherman's Arms) just round the corner. The views from the cottage are fabulous and it was warm and cosy. The parking space is just along the path. It's a great location from which to explore West Cornwall. We would come here again!...
