Bona-Vista is a modern semi-detached house at the edge of Ruan Minor village.
There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.
There is a wheelchair ramp leading up to the front entrance.
In summer there are colourful pots of flowers either side of the front door.
The family-friendly beach at Kennack Sands is just a few minutes' drive from Bona-Vista.
Looking back at picturesque Cadgwith Cove from the clifftop footpath just beyond the village...
... and from the same spot, out to sea.
Working fishing boats come and go with the tides.

Great holiday cottage. The children loved the pool room and the galleried area by their bedroom. We all loved the welcome gifts. The location was great. Very quiet and peaceful yet could walk to the bakery, to Cadgwith Cove and the coastal path. Highly recommend....
