We have visited Smugglers five times in the past 10 years and every time we visit something has been updated - this time it was a new kitchen. The cottage was exceptionally clean, very well equipped and with fixtures and fittings to a high standard. If you love peace and quiet and country walks this cottage is perfect. I’m sure we will visit again in the near future....

Smugglers is cosy and welcoming and idyllically situated in a quiet uniquely beautiful area. Ideally placed for exploring the whole Mount's Bay and Lizard area, and not far from Falmouth and Truro either. In a remote rural paradise but handy for Helston too. The Loe and Penrose and the unique joys of the coast are within walking distance. The cottage has excellent facilities and the garden is private enough and lovely to sit in. It's a lovely little cottage with character characteristic of the area, being fashioned from old farm buildings like the rest of Higher Pentire. Classic Cottages are always extremely helpful, as is the housekeeper if you have any issues or queries....
