Location and gardens are lovely and very quiet. Convenient for coast and countryside with lots of good walking. Kettle and microwave need replacing!

A lovely place to stay if you want peace and quiet and seclusion owl barn is spacious,comfortable and bright . If you want to explore the area you do really have to drive as the 'roads' in and out of the property don't lend themselves to walking although we did walk into Boscastle on one occasion the second time though we drove! ...
