A hidden gem in a wonderful setting. So relaxing watching the tidal river ebb and flow. Shops, eateries and even the railway station a few minutes walk from the cottage. Lostwithiel is an interesting little town with a beautiful medieval bridge across the River Fowey and it’s so close to many attractions in the area....

The situation of Old Quay Cottage is absolutely lovely, and we were lucky to be able to sit out on the deck and watch the comings and goings on the river (both birds and human). The cottage is well equiped. Very nice is the water front space, very relaxing. Also easy access to the super market for daily groceries. Located near nice shops and restaurants. Not so nice is the parking space at the back of the cottage. Getting out of the court yard behind the cottage is a real challenge!...
