Bedroom One is on the ground floor, where a super comfy Zip and Link bed awaits. This can be set up as a Super-king or twin beds.
Bedroom One is wonderfully light and airy with double doors leading out to the garden.

Steps lead from the garden, directly down to the beach. (Please note the steps are steep, so for those less mobile, you can reach the beach walking along the road).
And at the bottom of the step the beach awaits.

The traditional seaside town of Looe- the setting of TVs Beyond Paradise
Mount Edgcumbe country park is well worth a visit.

The pretty twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are along the headland.
The picturesque fishing village of Polperro.
Portwrinkle is a short drive away.
A footpath winds its way down the cliff to wonderful Long Sands below Tregantle Fort.

We had a lovely stay in Sundown with all the family. Well equipped for children, large garden and easy access to the beach which had rock pools.
The local people were very friendly and Downderry is a pleasant little village.

The cottage is lovely, well equipped, spacious and with a superb garden for the children and dogs to play in. We could not fault it in any one way and have already recommended it to friends. We will certainly return, if not next year, as we like to try new places, but probably the following year. We have rented several,places in Cornwall over the last 5/6 years and this was by far the best. We are a family of 12 ( 2 grandparent 4 parents and 6 children aged from 14 to 7) and 2 dogs, the cottage was excellent thank you. ...
