The spacious sitting-room has plenty of room for all 12 guests to relax and unwind.

The large range style cooker is perfect when catering for a crowd.

The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, with plenty of storage.

Bedroom One is on the ground floor, where a super comfy Zip and Link bed awaits. This can be set up as a Super-king or twin beds.

Bedroom One is wonderfully light and airy with double doors leading out to the garden.

Plenty of room to store your holiday wardrobe.

Bedroom One has a very stylish en suite Shower-room.

It certainly will be!

Come in, take off your shoes and make yourself at home.

A huge super-king-size sleigh bed awaits in the second bedroom.

This room is stunning, with so much space.

What a view to wake up to- holiday lie-ins are a must!

Fabulous views from the balcony in Bedroom Two - possibly the best seat in the house!

The en suite has the luxury of a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Bedroom Three is another fabulous room.

This room can also have the bed set up as a super-king or twin beds

It's a wonderfully spacious room.

And of course stunning sea views.

Fire up the BBQ and enjoy meals on the decking .

The large lawn will be enjoyed by adults, children and your four legged friends.

Sundown enjoys a prime location alongside the beach.

Steps lead from the garden, directly down to the beach. (Please note the steps are steep, so for those less mobile, you can reach the beach walking along the road).

And at the bottom of the step the beach awaits.

The scenery is quite dramatic

There are wonderful coastal walks nearby.


The traditional seaside town of Looe- the setting of TVs Beyond Paradise

Mount Edgcumbe country park is well worth a visit.

The historic house at Mount Edgcumbe.

The pretty twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are along the headland.

The picturesque fishing village of Polperro.

Portwrinkle is a short drive away.

A footpath winds its way down the cliff to wonderful Long Sands below Tregantle Fort.

Brilliant location close to the beach with a great pub within walking distance and beaches galore all around.Plenty of walks either on the beach or along the coastal path and some great attractions within an hours drive ie Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan....

Fantastic spacious house, ideal for large family occasions. The location is stunning with the beach at the end of the garden. The house was immaculate on arrival and has everything you need for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sundown. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is fantastic. The children loved the rock pools on the beach. We had some excellent meals in the village and lots of lovely walks. It was a thoroughly relaxing half term break. ...

Spacious, generally well equipped house, fantastic access to the beach and amazing sea views. Plenty of parking. Ample lounge seating and dining space. Good cooking facilities for large group.
