This is a lovely property close to the beach but be prepared to take your time walking back up! Very worth it though The village has shops and a couple of nice restaurants. We would stay there again. Thankyou 12 Steps

We found 12 steps to be an excellent home for our 3 families. The accomodation was first class and the location meant a short 10 minute walk to the beach and SW coastal path. Facilities were great and there is plenty of room for a large group to find space and privacy when needed. We would certainly be keen to return to 12 steps and do it all again ...

A beautiful light and airy cottage. It was lovely to have the upper lounge area with wonderful views of the setting sun. The cottage is very well situated with the coastal path within easy reach and a short walk takes you to beautiful Bedruthan and the excellent NationalTrust cafe.
