We had a very enjoyable family holiday, 8 of us, ages ranging from 14 to 84. The property is ideally located between Newquay and Padstow. Excellent access to coastal footpaths and beach. Surfing was great as was the GoKarting at St Eval and the VR experience in Redruth. Had a lovely meal at the Merrymore in Mawgan Porth. ...

We found 12 steps to be an excellent home for our 3 families. The accomodation was first class and the location meant a short 10 minute walk to the beach and SW coastal path. Facilities were great and there is plenty of room for a large group to find space and privacy when needed. We would certainly be keen to return to 12 steps and do it all again ...

Lovely stay, great property for a large family or group. Loved Mawgan Porth beach. We really enjoyed the views, the 2 lovely living spaces, big bedrooms and the enclosed garden for our toddler to explore.
