Snuggledown is a very nice well maintained property with wonderful views across open countryside and an excellent friendly owner (Verna ). Unfortunately the recommended route to the property given by classic cottages did not explain that it is only suitable for small cars, my holiday was spoilt by the damage caused to the paintwork on both sides of my car by thick bramble bushes that stick out into the road. A better alternative route is available which the owner made us aware of once she saw the damage to my car. The low rating reflects the damage to my car which could have been avoided....

Snuggledown is a lovely little cottage, with some nice woodland walks close by, there are plenty of places to visit within the local area. The owner Verna is very friendly and provided a nice welcome with wine, biscuits and milk.

As on our previous visit we were so well looked after by Verna (Roberts) and really felt at home. It is the perfect location for real peace and quiet (not to mention clear night sky) and we felt very relaxed after our stay. An added bonus for us is that it is close to old haunts as my parents lived and are buried in the nearby village of Luxulyan, so we know the area really well, and still have other family in the area. ...
