This lovely cottage is in a perfect location with stunning views from the windows at the back. It is comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. It is a short walk down to the beach across the fields and it is lovely to hear the sounds of the waves through the open windows. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for next year....

This was our first family holiday in Cornwall. House was lovely and had everything we needed and the view from the living room window was the icing on the cake for us especially in the morning when having your coffee. Would definitely recommend to friends and family....

Had a lovely stay at this property in September with it being our 4 month old son’s first family holiday. We were particularly impressed with the very well equipped kitchen and we loved waking up every morning and having a cuppa and cuddle with our son sat in front of the big window in the living room overlooking the sea. A very nice property to base yourself for seeing the many sights of northern Cornwall. Highly recommend. ...

This is a perfect family or group house. Fabulous views of the sea which is easily accessed, without stepping on a road, by a short walk across a field and on to the coastal path to the sandy beach. Close to local bus stop for trips to Padstow and other beaches....
