State clearly that the second bedroom has 2ft 6ins beds and be aware the heating goes off on the 1st April come what may.

The Coach House gave us everything we needed: tranquility , access to wonderful countryside and views, beautiful journeys to local pubs for supper (with generous portions!) and to so many places of interest, including the coast.
