A beautiful house. thank you Jo for looking after us. We have been here twice before this and love the layout and the fact that everyone has their own shower room. It’s a must. The kitchen is very well equipped and cooking a Christmas dinner for 11 was no problem at all. I loved the pantry. The two lounges make it lovely in a large group. People can spread out. This was our second visit to The Malt House and hopefully not our last. It is a lovely home, with plenty of space for large families. Fulfilled all our party of 10s needs fully. Recycling a little confusing but that’s true everywhere. Housekeeper very helpful and friendly. Pubs very close and lively til closing time but that was ok for our adult party. Buses a bonus but a little unreliable due to excessive holiday traffic. Give yourselves plenty of time if you are booked elsewhere out of village you may not make it in time. ...
