It is everything we expected. The view is as good as it gets, looking down on St Michael Mount and the bay. The cottage (large house) is comfortable, cozy and clean, with plenty of room for 8 people (we only numbered 4). Excellent location for exploring the south and north coast and numerous fantastic hikes within easy distance. Good food in Gulval, Penzance, and Mousehole. Short distance to pubs and grocery stores. A nice quiet place since it is on a country lane but only 3 miles from Penzance. A great value for the money. In conversation with friends and family (both here in the UK and USA) about our trip to Cornwall, all seemed to be surprised at the reasonable price for renting such a large cottage. Will definitely recommend it to others....

Beautiful cottage lay out spacious and imposing views. Lack of grass cutting not easy for toddlers. The living rooms were ok however the kitchen and bathrooms could be updated. To advertise free internet should either be sorted or qualified that it was so poor. Some people have to still be in contact by email through out a holiday it was non existent. ...
