Pump cottage was very quaint, cosy, and in a perfect location. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Roof terrace was such a bonus especially as we had such nice weather when we were in Rye. Whilst the garage is a great feature, as mentioned in the listening, it really is for very small cars only- it’s more how narrow it is than the length that causes parking in there to be an issue… the angle to enter is also very awkward. Luckily affordable parking is easy to find nearby (Gibbets Marsh was more affordable and definitely more straight forward than the pub opposite as the pub carpark app was a nightmare) Would recommend pump cottage to anyone visiting Rye :)...

this is a lovely cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect in the centre of Rye and you can walk to all the towns attractions. Inside the cottage was really comfortable, especially the bed, and it had everything we needed for a full weeks stay. Would definitely recommend....
