There is plenty of parking at this beautiful abode. You also have a shed in which you can store your bikes and surf boards. There is also an outdoor tap which is perfect for rinsing off muddy paws.
The communal games-room is located near the orchard, just across the country lane from Swallows Rest.
Take a leisurely stroll along the River Gannel at Newquay.
Why not have a go at paddle boarding. Newquay has lots of options for all abilities.
Newquay is only four miles away, and has lots of amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
St Agnes is a short drive away, and has a wonderful cove you can splash about in all day long.
Cornwall is famous for its beachside cafes, all serving delicious locally-sourced food and drinks!

Beautiful cottage in idyllic location. Very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The paddock for our spaniel was an added bonus. The log burner was great for chillier nights although the heating was more than sufficient. We could not fault Swallows Rest. It is conveniently located and all Cornish attractions were easily accessible. After long days of exploring we couldn’t wait to get back to relax by the fire. Can’t wait to visit again. ...

We had a fabulous 2 week stay with our 2 little girls and doggo. All of us loved the house and garden, great for marshmallows round the fire at the end of the day and the neighbouring horses were very friendly :-) The house has everything you could want and was very comfy and beautifully decorated if it's a rainy inside day. The location was also great, very easy access to local beaches and also a good central spot for travelling further around Cornwall. Couldn't have asked for more really. The owner was really friendly and welcoming as well, she popped in a few times to check if we needed anything. A perfect holiday :-)...

Swallows Rest is a great property with well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds and furnishings are so cosy! Best place!! Close to many great beaches. Games room was great fun!
