Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.

Lovely place to stay with young children, with lots on offer to keep them happy. Very welcoming owners who allowed us to bottle feed the lambs and see their puppies. Plenty of places to visit nearby including the Donkey Sanctuary and the miniature railway at Pecorama as well as lovely beaches. ...

As group of 10 women friends, we have returned to Lambs Lawn for 5 years in a row for a long weekend and are already booked again for next year. It is in a lovely rural setting but not too far from Honiton, pretty county walks on the doorstep and even the seaside is only half an hour away. The house has everything we need with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, all en suite bedrooms, a wood burning stove, hot tub and games room with a good quality table tennis table. The owners are very helpful and live next door and have sorted out any problems we’ve had (which haven’t been many over the years) very promptly. The garden is completely enclosed and has a little play area so would also be ideal for a family holiday. ...

Lambs Lawn was just perfect for our long weekend, 30th birthdays celebration, family get-together. The bedrooms were all equally spacious with stunning views over the countryside, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. The log burner was very much appreciated as was the hot tub and games room. The garden was completely enclosed so safe for the dogs and I would imagine a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a meal in warmer climes. The property had everything we needed to make our weekend enjoyable, we only wish our stay had been longer! Hosts Emma and Richard were welcoming and very helpful. ...

Very well equipped house. Lots of room for everyone. Lovely hot tub and the games room is a bonus. Very quiet and peaceful location. Bedrooms are very comfortable. There is a large cobbled area outside the property which leads into the double doors. This is very uneven and gets very muddy. Outside equipment and games room equipment needs a good clean. ...
