Children and adults will enjoy the table-football!
....and you can challenge each other to a game of table-tennis.
Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.

We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Lambs Lawn. A family gathering to celebrate a big birthday our party was aged between 7 months and 70 years. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Stunning views across the countryside. Hot tub was very appreciated. The children enjoyed the play area....

A great place for multi-generational gatherings, we had 3 generations, plenty of room for 6 adults, 3 children and 3 dogs. The 2 older children loved having their own en-suite. The weather was grim which made the access a bit difficult, but the boot room was a boon for wet shoes, coats and dogs. Wellies are a must in inclement weather. Slate floors were easy to clean. Huge dining table for eating and sharing day's adventures and playing the many board games supplied, which were well used. The Hot tub was enjoyed by a few of the party. Several excursions out to Seaton Tramway, Killerton House & gardens and Sidmouth. Not far from the A30 and plenty of large supermarkets nearby...

We stayed on the weekend of storm Darragh, and despite the property having a power failure 2 weeks before during storm Bert, no contigencies had been put in place for power failures, apart from a single totally inadequate battery light for the whole property, so there were no means of cooking, making drinks etc. Thank heaven for the wood burner, at least we could stay warm if we stayed in the lounge. On a positive, the house is lovely and comfortable and apart from comments in previous paragraph and well equipped. It was such a shame as this spoilt what would have been a great weekend....

It is lovely to see how comfortable and well equipped you found Lambs Lawn although we were so sorry to hear of the storm disrupting a relaxing time away. It must have been upsetting to have difficulty in making hot food and drinks and not being able to use facilities for a day of your weekend break. It would not usually be expected to have a system in place taking that electricity outage is a rare occurrence but we shall pass your helpful suggestions to the owners for consideration so they are prepared for future outage. We stayed at Lambs Lawn as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Having en-suite bedrooms was a bonus. The dogs could play in the garden with no fear of escaping. The games room was used as well as the hot tub. Not too far from the coast and plenty of places for a cream tea or two....
