Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.
Sit back and relax in this fabulous sunny garden.

Fabulous accommodation, superb to have five kingsize bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped we have been to. Lovely comfortable living space and really spacious for dining and cooking. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The location is fabulous for visiting East Devon and Dorset....

Quiet location , spacious , all en-suite rooms and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for us as 4 couples. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and games room. It was a few minutes drive to Honiton and half an hour from Sidmouth, Seaton and the lovely south devon coast. ...

The property is excellent well equipped for a large party. Ensuites very good. Proximity is the only issue if you dont like walking. Over a mile walk to nearest pubs/shops etc but short car journey. Best pub in Honiton is The Vine Inn. Good food and beer. Overall very pleased with the property. Nice to find plenty of seating and facilites in a well thought out property. ...
