The games-room is just next to the front door to Lambs Lawn, in part of one of the farm's barns.
Children and adults will enjoy the table-football!
....and you can challenge each other to a game of table-tennis.
Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.
Sit back and relax in this fabulous sunny garden.

A lovely place to stay with a group of friends, with great facilities and location. We loved the hot tub and wood burner and the proximity of the coast, especially Branscombe beach. We'd highly recommend Lambs Lawn.

The owners were very welcoming and invited the grandchildren to feed the pigs and cuddle the new kittens. The garden was a real bonus for them to run around and we had some lovely weather to enjoy.

Wonderful place, beautifully and tastefully appointed with more equipment than you could ever need. Owners very receptive and helpful; we had a slight problem with a tap which was fixed within an hour. Can recommend the Holt Inn for dinner although would suggest a taxi (Sparkys, taxi for 10 of us £25 each way) as the road is narrow and unlit...

Spacious, with everything we could possibly need, Lambs Lawn was an excellent base for our holiday with extended family. The enclosed garden with hot tub was a bonus which allowed us to star gaze, bat watch and soak in the rain on successive evenings....
