KingAn unique hideaway for couples, Princes Granary lies in the village of Down Thomas, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With wonderful walks along the nearby South West Coast Path just beyond the grounds, this is the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Devon.
Accessed by a flight of stone steps, the property adjoins the owners' 18th Century farmhouse, but guests have their own garden for relaxing outdoors.
The sitting/dining-room has a high ceiling featuring oak trusses, cream walls, stripped pine floors and views across open countryside. Large armchairs and rugs in coastal colours complete the stylish feel of this cosy home.
Cleverly incorporated beyond the sitting/dining-room are a separate galley-style kitchen and shower-room. Narrow wooden stairs lead down to the hallway and the bedroom below.
If the peaceful countryside wasn't relaxing enough, the owner also offers therapy treatments on site (available at cost). At the end of a long day exploring the coast, there's no need to go far for a delicious meal out, as The Mussel Inn is just down the road.

Please take care around the pond and on the external stone steps to the front entrance (regrettably unsuitable for less mobile guests). Please note the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property, however there are a number of charging points locally.
