In an elevated position with views out to Swanage Bay, The Lookout is a modern, stylish, first floor apartment for up to four lucky guests and their four-legged friend to enjoy. Take time to relax looking out to sea and treat yourself to lazy days with family and friends.

Stepping through the front door of The Lookout, you will instantly notice the high quality finish and feel right at home. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is perfect for spending time together and has all the mod-cons you could desire. The view out to sea and the cliffs beyond is enchanting any time of year; whether the sun is shining to make it crystal blue or the autumn winds are chopping up the waves. Open up the French doors and let the fresh sea air blow through.

There are two bedrooms at The Lookout and the first has doors out to the balcony, making it the perfect spot to sit and savour a morning coffee looking at the sea. The super modern en suite wet-room has a fabulous walk-in shower with rainfall head, so you can wash away sandy toes. A second double bedroom, with lots of storage space, is a peaceful retreat. Completing the apartment there is a luxurious family bathroom with deep bath, for those long soaks after a walk along the cliffs.

A secure underground car park (with allocated space) is available for your use but in this fabulous location you can choose to leave the car and head out on foot. A short distance away is Swanage town centre, which is the only official town on the Isle of Purbeck. It boasts a number of fantastic places to eat, shops to pick up some holiday presents and a sandy beach with calm water, making it perfect for a paddle. Take the traditional route and pick up some fish and chips.

To really take in the beauty of this coastline, get your walking boots on and walk from Swanage, along the South West Coast Path to Old Harry Rocks and beyond to Studland. For a more leisurely afternoon, take a trip on the Swanage Railway and sit back as the old steam train chugs through the countryside. Durlston Country Park and Nature Reserve is also close by; there are lovely woodland trails to follow as well as outstanding sea vistas sure to take your breath away.
