Tucked away down a quiet country lane just minutes from the coast, with gorgeous views of St Michael's Mount, Trebarvah Farmhouse is situated in the sleepy hamlet of Trebarvah, which is part of the charming village of Perranuthnoe. Set in extensive grounds which you are welcome to enjoy, Trebarvah Farmhouse is a beautiful hideaway and ready to welcome nine lucky guests and their four-legged friends who are most welcome too! Ideal for larger families or a group celebration, it benefits from oodles of space for socialising both inside and in the garden and comes with an outdoor pizza oven and luxury hot tub too!

The arrival is designed to impress, a gravelled shared driveway leads to this gorgeous, detached property. As you would expect in such a fabulous house, there is plenty of space for relaxing. The country style kitchen is a great space for cooking up feasts, with everything you need to rustle up a tasty meal. Next to the kitchen (down two steps) lies a super handy breakfast-room housing a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble-drier. You will also find the more formal dining-table in this room. The sitting-room to the front of the house is magnificent with a fabulous larger than life wood-burner and plenty of seating to lounge in and bi-fold doors leading out onto the terrace. A cosy snug/office is located just off the sitting-room and is perfect for some quiet time, to catch up with some correspondence, or to simply enjoy your favourite TV programme away from the rest of the party.

There are five bedrooms to choose from, all offering lovely linens and super-comfy beds. Take the wooden stairs (please take care) to the first floor where you'll find four bedrooms. Two wooden steps lead up into the main bedroom with en suite shower-room. Bedroom three (or the blue room) is another king-size room with en suite bathroom, bedroom four offers a king-size bed and bedroom number five is a simple single room. The final twin bedroom downstairs has use of the family shower-room located on the ground floor.

Trebarvah Farmhouse has everything you could possibly wish for in your Cornish holiday home. The grounds are sure to impress with sea views to captivate you. The fabulous outdoor pizza oven will add a whole new dimension to your holiday, and you are free to use this from dawn until dusk.

Across the shared gravel driveway is the newly refurbished Mounts Bay Cottage (5593), a converted barn that sleeps 4 lucky guests plus 2 doggy companions. It would be perfect for an extended family group special occasion to holiday altogether in both properties, whilst maintaining some space and privacy.

You can walk through the fields down into Perranuthnoe, or "Perran" as the locals like to call it! Perranuthnoe is perfect for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet that Cornwall has to offer. The very popular village pub the 'Victoria Inn' is thought to be the oldest recorded Inn in Cornwall. Full of charm and character, booking in advance is recommended as it gets super busy! Just a hop, skip and a jump away is the family-friendly sandy beach, spend leisurely days building sandcastles before heading back - stopping off for an ice cream in one of the laid-back cafes on your way.

Head west and you'll stumble across Marazion and the iconic St Michael's Mount, the historic town of Penzance, the fishing village of Newlyn and picturesque Mousehole. Further still is the amazing Minack Theatre and stunning Porthcurno beach. Make sure to visit Sennen, a hotspot for surfers and home to an epic beach, Cape Cornwall for breathtaking sunsets and the road around to St Ives is a must for incredible views.

Enjoying a private slice of Cornish paradise, Trebarvah Farmhouse takes pride of place amongst beautiful countryside. Instantly captivating guests with its far-reaching sea views, it truly has everything you could possibly wish for in your home away from home.
