Cliff Farmhouse

Set in rural Lincolnshire on a working farm, five miles north of Lincoln city centre, Cliff Farmhouse is in the perfect location to visit this historic city or just relax in the beautiful countryside. Set on the edge of a working farm, just off the A15, the farmhouse retains much of its country character and combines it with the practical mod-cons you need to make it a luxury stay for family and friends. With plenty of inside space to relax in plus the games-room with its bar and pool table, the outside patio with seating and the tennis courts, there is something for everyone in this stunning and superior holiday home-from-home.

Step inside the spacious boot-room and into the ground floor rooms, admiring the dining-room with the table large enough for everyone. Enjoy a meal with your favourite people while discussing plans for the next day's adventure. With an abundance of local produce on your doorstep, the culinary experts in the party can whip up a magnificent meal in the spacious, modern kitchen with electric Aga, separate electric oven and two full-size dishwashers. The bar stools at the island are a great place for watching and talking.

You have a choice of three living areas to relax in. The snug just off the kitchen, the lounge towards the west, a quiet peaceful room, great for a game of chess or reading a good book, or the sitting-room to the east with a Smart TV. Or walk across the courtyard to the games-room and after filling your glass at the bar, play a game of pool or snuggle down and watch your favourite film on the large screen Smart TV.

When night draws in and it's time for bed choose one of the eight bedrooms, each beautifully furnished with everything you need for a good night's sleep. If you don't feel like climbing the stairs there is a 'zip and link' bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite shower-room. For a family group there is second staircase to two bedrooms, one with a 'zip and link' bed and one with a king-size bed and a shared bathroom. Along with these on the first floor are three further bedrooms, each with bath/shower rooms. Moving up to the second floor are the two final bedrooms, each with its own bath/shower room space.

The farmhouse has a front and rear patio for you to choose from, plus a large lawned area with a ha-ha to the field beyond. The tennis courts are available to use, and the owner has thoughtfully provided some rackets for your use.
