Welcome to Copper Rise House; a stylish, sleek and luxurious getaway built and designed by the owners themselves and perfect for a big family trip to south Devon. Everywhere you look in this gorgeous retreat you'll find a beautifully furnished spot to relax and enjoy the crisp Devonshire sunshine which illuminates every corner of the house from magnificent windows dotted around the house.

There are two inviting entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Enter on the ground floor and you'll be welcomed by a tasteful entrance hall that leads through to a cinema and games-room complete with a 2 in 1 games-table with table-tennis and pool table, and plenty of board games.

Head upstairs and you'll be greeted by a stunning open plan living space. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors open up to create a fabulous space that makes the most of the luscious garden. The sitting-area provides the ideal spot to relax with a coffee and take it all in in the mornings. A wood-burner keeps the space nice and toasty in the evenings while the fantastic kitchen bar offers the perfect space for social family time. The fabulous modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your favourite meals which can be enjoyed at the contemporary glass dining-table.

Next door, a dedicated sitting-room offers another relaxing place to unwind. Here you will find an excellent Smart TV that provides a great source of entertainment in the evenings and a statement wood-burner effect gas stove. Also in the room sits a gorgeous wooden dining-table that's perfect for hosting hearty family meals after a day of adventures. A handy study and small toilet make up the first floor accommodation.

Head up the second floor and you'll find another brilliant floor-to-ceiling window illuminating the landing with gorgeous natural light. Here you will find four inviting bedrooms which can sleep up to eight people. Bedroom one has an indulgent king-size bed and comes complete with a fantastic balcony with views over the garden. You'll also find a sparkling en suite bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak. Bedroom two has a fantastic sleek design and houses a lovely double bed. Along the hall you'll find bedroom three, another double room, which also comes complete with a handy en suite shower-room. Finally, there is bedroom four, which has delightful twin beds, ideal for little ones. On the second floor, you will also find a luxurious family bathroom complete with an inviting bathtub as well as a handy utility-cupboard with a washing machine and tumble-drier.

Not only does Copper Rise House have some fabulous interiors to enjoy but there is also a brilliant garden area for you to discover. There is plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the Devon sunshine with comfy chairs, a charming swing bench and timber sun-loungers all providing somewhere to relax. The outside dining area offers the perfect place for you the enjoy a spot of al fresco dining and sample the local delicacies.

Copper Rise House does sit on a select residential estate area with a shared driveway with your neighbours but once past the neighbour's house, your drive and parking area is completely private and not shared.
