Just a stone's throw from beautiful Gyllyngvase beach and its renowned cafe/restaurant and a short stroll away from the delights of Falmouth town, Guillemot is a fantastic choice for a fun-filled, coastal holiday. Perfect for two (and your little dog), this charming retreat has been thoughtfully furnished - allowing you to slip into holiday mode as soon as you arrive. Its location is rather special too, ideal for coast path adventures, trying out kayaking, canoeing or a windsurfing lesson from the beach, or simply enjoying a restful escape by the sea.

Guillemot is adjoined to the owners' house but has plenty of privacy and is accessed via your own private front door. The entrance hall leads to the light-filled, open plan living space, where you will find the stylish kitchen - well-equipped with high quality appliances, including a Bosch coffee machine. Perfect for your morning coffee! Perch at the breakfast-bar and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before you head out for the day's adventures, and if you wish to relax for a little while, the living area has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV.

The king-size bedroom is decorated in beautifully bright colours, perfectly complementing your coastal location. Here you'll find a TV, plenty of storage space and an en suite shower-room to wash off sandy toes at the end of the day. Outside, there is a lovely, enclosed courtyard at the front of the property - just the spot for a sundowner after strolling back from the beach.

Along with the golden sand beaches of Gyllyngvase and Swanpool, beautiful clifftop walks are easily accessed from Guillemot. Falmouth has a fascinating nautical history and a vibrant town centre to explore with a plethora of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. You can easily while away a leisurely afternoon indulging in some retail therapy or seeking out your new favourite coffee shop! The wonderful subtropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are just a short drive away and make for fantastic days out. If you fancy exploring a little further afield, the Helford is full of beautiful places, secret coves, and tranquil walks.
