The simply stunning Old Presbytery sits in an enviable secluded position above the beautiful village of Braunton in north Devon, famed for its fabulous surf scene and miles of golden beaches. There's a great selection of restaurants, inns, eclectic shops, surf shacks and the Tarka Trail cycle path all close by, so this really is the perfect place for a family or group of friends to make unforgettable holiday memories. With oodles of space, this gorgeous property lends itself perfectly to multi-generational holidays, where grandparents will enjoy the easy access to the spacious ground floor bedroom and parents and children can relax in the two separate luxurious sitting-rooms.

Open the unique front door and from the moment you step over the threshold you will be in awe! The fabulous entrance hall leads to the rooms on the ground floor. The elegant double-aspect sitting-room is beautifully decorated in muted pastel shades, inviting you to sink into one of the super-comfy sofas and relax into your holiday. With reclaimed wooden floors and feature fireplace with wood-burning stove this room is sure to delight. For entertainment, the Smart TV will provide lots of choices or choose from the wide selection of board games for some family fun time. The super slick kitchen/diner is stunning and leads out onto the patio-area through bi-fold doors, ideal for al fresco dining. Flooded with natural light, the newly fitted kitchen is beautifully handcrafted with a fabulous granite worktop and modern Rangemaster electric range cooker with induction hob for cooking up a holiday feast. The beautiful oak dining-table invites the whole family to gather round and chat about the day's adventures. A handy utility-room off the kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble-drier and separate wash-basin for any holiday laundry requirements. In addition, The Old Presbytery has the added bonus of a snug with an Ercol desk, comfy sofa and another Smart TV, so no holiday squabbles about what to watch here! This room can also be used as a quiet reading room, perfect for some peaceful contemplation.

Bedroom one is conveniently situated on the ground floor and is simply stunning with a dual-aspect outlook and decorated in calming subtle shades. The 'zip and link' bed gives the option of either twins or a super-king bed and organic cotton sheets and fluffy White Company towels complete the look. With a fabulous en suite shower-room, quirky glass tiles and under-floor heating, you will never want to leave this room.

Climb the grand central staircase with feature arched window and be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a bedroom. Each room looks like a boutique hotel bedroom, beautifully created with comfort in mind, guaranteeing the dreamiest of night's sleep. The pretty main bedroom offers a comfy super-king bed and has lovely views of the garden and treetops. The fabulous en suite bathroom fills with natural light thanks to the Velux window and, with its sumptuous roll-top bath, is just the place for a relaxing soak after a day on the beach. Bedroom three also has a super-king bed in the continuous calming colour scheme and a lovely private terrace with views towards the village, where you can sit at the bistro table and enjoy your morning coffee in peace. Bedroom four cleverly offers three foot twin beds which would suit either adults or children, ideal if you are looking for versatility. This light and airy room also shares access to the lovely terrace with bedroom three, where you can enjoy glorious countryside views throughout the changing seasons. The large light-filled family bathroom is also located on this floor and has a separate shower cubicle and a bath so plenty of choice for all.

Outside, the wraparound garden takes full advantage of the elevated position of the house and a fabulous terrace invites you to fire up the all-important barbecue. In the evening, perfectly positioned outdoor lighting ensures you can extend your outdoor time after sunset, a fairy tale end to a warm summer's day. Being so close to the breathtaking north Devon coast, bring all your outdoor equipment with you and store it in the convenient lock-up, everything really has been thought of here. The Old Presbytery is a place that once discovered you will want to return to again and again.

North Devon has it all when it comes to holiday time with miles of golden sandy beaches, secluded coves and some of the best surfing in the country. Braunton is a pretty village with plenty of choice when it comes to restaurants, surf shops and inns, and with a nod to its location there's even a surf museum. Braunton Burrows is on the doorstep and one of the largest areas of sand dunes in the country. In an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty, and a Biosphere Reserve, this is a place just waiting to be explored. The beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are a short car journey away and famed for miles of breathtaking beauty. The owner kindly supplies beach towels for you to use. A little further afield the delights of Appledore and Instow await, with a passenger ferry service running between the two, this makes for a great day out. Barnstaple is also a place worthy of a visit, steeped in history and with a great selection of eclectic shops. Wherever you choose to explore, you will look forward to returning to The Old Presbytery time after time.
