Nestled in the village of Rattery, only a short distance from Totnes and the glorious south Devon coast, this beautiful cottage is furnished with real charm and style.

With an enclosed lawn area and outside sitting space, dining al fresco or reading a book whilst basking in the sun is a real pleasure. Once inside this beautiful terraced cottage you are treated to a fabulously styled interior offering comfort and cosiness. The wood-burning stove adds the perfect finish to those chillier nights in, complemented by ultrafast fibre optic broadband, making downloading that family film simple and stress-free.

The south Devon coast is renowned for its golden beaches and bustling seaside towns. A pleasurable car drive will find you at the sandy beaches of Bigbury and Bantham or, in the opposite direction, Broadsands in Paignton. For those who are not a fan of sand, you have the fabulous pebble beach of Blackpool Sands; the glorious south Devon coast really does cater for everyone.

Or perhaps a day enjoying the hustle and bustle of the nearby town of Totnes sounds appealing, not forgetting that the breathtaking moors of Dartmoor are right on your doorstep, there really is so much to see and do in this fabulous location.

Alternatively, perhaps enjoying a spot of dining al fresco in your private enclosed garden with a stroll to the pub afterwards to top things off sounds more like it, with the award-winning Church House Inn within walking distance, it would be a shame not to visit at least once!

Whether for a family holiday or a couple's getaway, Belle Vue Cottage will enchant all who stay there.

Whether it be a family vacation or friends meeting to enjoy the delights of the nearby eateries and glorious countryside, Belle Vue Cottage provides the perfect all year round retreat. Nearby Totnes is teeming with activity and things to see and take part in, from street markets on a Friday and Saturday to a medieval castle a short stroll away.

Should you wish to venture further afield you are spoilt for choice, from river trips on the beautiful River Dart to the sandy beaches of Broadsands. Within a short drive, you are surrounded by beauty and activity galore, not forgetting the Sharpham vineyard close by, definitely worth a trip!

Totnes and the surrounding areas also offer an array of days out for the younger members of your group. Pennywell Farm is an adorable attraction within two miles, or maybe a trip out on the glorious South Devon Railway will inspire and excite. Should you fancy venturing a little further afield, you have the extremely popular Woodlands Family Theme Park and Splashdown Quaywest waterpark ready and waiting for a full family day out.

Belle Vue Cottage is a real treat whatever the weather and you won't want to leave!
