This impressive five bedroom house is located on Ducie Avenue, a charming unmade road leading to the beach, in the village of Bembridge. Located within a few minutes walk of the local shops, which include a fishmonger, butcher and bakery, everything can be found right on your doorstep for the ideal holiday on this idyllic holiday isle. Saunter down to the water's edge in the morning for a dip in the sea or a walk along the beach, tide permitting, to admire Bembridge Lifeboat Station.

Redworth offers luxury accommodation both inside and out, all the spaces have been thoughtfully finished and with different living spaces it's a great house to relax and enjoy a holiday by the sea. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the bunk bedroom has an additional single bed so the younger ones can all be together as a holiday treat. The second bedroom on this floor is a king-sized double with doors that open out to the rear garden. A spacious dual-access wet-room connects them both. A snug/games-room, also located on the ground floor, complete with television and Wii console gives the kids their own space.

The stunning open plan kitchen/dining-room and sitting-room are the heart of the house, perfect for leisurely family mealtimes, with doors at both ends of the room opening out to the enclosed garden so that you can make use of the whole space. The cosy sitting-room has a wood-burner for the cooler evenings, so you can sit back and switch off with a good book. The garden has been planned and laid out as an outdoor extension to the living space. There is a large outdoor dining-table for your al fresco mealtimes and outdoor sofas positioned around a fire-pit. Outside blankets are available for guests' use, so you can gather around the fire toasting marshmallows long into the evening following another wonderful day at Redworth.

Three further bedrooms are on the first floor. The main suite, which has a super-king size bed, can be found to the rear of the house overlooking the garden and is beautifully decorated. Simple and elegant fixtures and fittings give the room a calm and tranquil feeling, where a good night's sleep is assured. The second double with king-size bed also has an en suite shower-room. The neutral and stylish theme of the decor continues throughout, with carefully chosen art work adorning the walls throughout the whole house. The last bedroom on the first floor is a twin with a family bathroom adjacent.

The entrance to Redworth is gated and there is plenty of space for up to three cars. As Bembridge village is a few minutes' walk at the top of Ducie Avenue you can start you day with breakfast out at the local bakery, and a stroll around the local boutique shops stocking up on supper from the local farm shop. There is a charming cafe above the farm shop, No 8, serving an array of tempting cakes for afternoon tea. Bembridge Harbour is lined with quirky houseboats and has two yacht clubs, one at each end.

Take your four-legged friend for a walk along the harbour and stop off at the floating seafood cafe which serves locally-caught crab and lobster served in a range of sandwiches, salads and soups.

Bembridge is surrounded by lovely beaches, with a choice of both sand and pebbles, and a long list of beach cafes and pubs to sample along your coastal explorations; it will be a destination you will want to return to every year.

Further afield take the time to explore the pretty countryside and coast from the plethora of footpaths that criss-cross the Island. For those who love history there are castles and historic homes to explore from Queen Victoria's Osborne House to the atmospheric Carisbrooke Castle. Take Military Road and head west towards the iconic Needles - take in Freshwater Bay and stop for a spot of water sports or to relax with a book on the beach.
