The aptly named Harbour Watch is exactly that; your views over the bustling harbour are simply stunning, you really feel a part of the Brixham buzz, even from the comfort of your own sitting-room. Parking at Harbour Watch is also provided in the shape of a secure garage just below the cottage. Having your own private garage is a huge plus to this fabulous cottage, no parking challenges for you!
This welcoming harbourside house is set over three floors, with both bedrooms and living areas enjoying the stunning views. You also have a glorious patio-area which is the perfect spot to enjoy the Devon sun whilst enjoying a glass of something tasty, watching the hustle and bustle below. Or perhaps, simply sitting back with a good book and watching the sun rise and set is just the ticket, both sounding equally as fantastic.
Venturing into the harbour is a must. Downhill all the way in and a healthy stroll back (or taxi, which are frequently on hand). Once at Harbour Watch you have 14 steps to your front door and patio-area, a small price to pay for such a sought-after location.

Brixham is a very special holiday destination in its own right. Fine dining restaurants and traditional fishermen's pubs are plentiful on the harbourside, and a short meander around the stunning harbour will find you at the superb Blue Flag Breakwater beach. This is a fantastic location for a picnic, followed by a spot of rock pooling along with a healthy helping of ice cream from the beach cafe/kiosk.
However, the fun doesn't end in Brixham. The neighbouring villages and towns such as Dartmouth, Paignton, Totnes and Salcombe provide endless charm and character, offering a plethora of entertainment and attraction for every generation. The beauty is that Dartmouth, Paignton and Totnes can be accessed by bus, boat or steam train, so lock the car up in the garage and head out in any direction for a fabulous day out. Making special holiday memories in this lovely property and striking location is really very easy to do!
