KingWith breathtaking, spectacular sea views from almost every room, spacious, elegant accommodation, a luxurious eight person hot tub with amazing sea views and just a stroll to the beach and pretty, picturesque seaside village of Little Haven, Seaside House offers an ideal destination for a Pembrokeshire holiday.
This is fabulous accommodation for ten, so near the sea, with lots of space for everyone, dog-friendly and with plenty of private parking and large gardens. The spacious, stylish living accommodation sits on the ground floor, comprising a large sitting-room with open fire, spacious, recently refurbished and extended bespoke, open plan kitchen with large bi-fold doors accessing the rear patio and garden. Gather around the spacious island, perfect for kitchen get-togethers. Take leisurely holiday meals around the large dining-table, leading to the open plan second sitting-room with cosy sofas and panoramic sea views. The useful utility-room sits off the kitchen. Perfect for sundowners, relax in the sun-room during the summer months or take in the wild seas on stormier days, the sea views are spectacular. The five plush, well appointed bedrooms, three doubles and two twin rooms, are located on the first floor, with two attractive bath/shower rooms.
There are two great family-friendly pubs in Little Haven, The Swann and The St Brides, both serving a great selection of delicious dishes, using local produce including fresh catch of the day and a range of seafood. For a proper treat try the fresh lobster and crab fayre in Cafe Mor or a coffee and a cake in The Cornerhouse Cafe.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is within a short walk of the house, which meanders for over 185 miles, taking in spectacular scenery, craggy coves and endless sandy beaches. Broad Haven (one mile away) has a beautiful safe, sandy Blue Flag beach, an excellent mini-market with bakery and Post Office, three pubs, restaurant, takeaway fish and chips and a surf shop which hires kayaks, surfboards and wetsuits.
Explore the local coastline towards St Davids, the beautiful beach at Druidstone, the rolling surf at Newgale, beach pony trekking at Nolton Haven, catch a dolphin spotting boat trip or see the puffins on Skomer Island from April to August. To the south, an hour's drive away is bustling Tenby, gorgeous beaches and Caldey Island.
Seaside House is an impressive, family-friendly, luxury holiday house effortlessly combining relaxation and coastal living.
On arrival, listen carefully to hear the murmur of the sea, lapping on the shore. Step through the front door into the airy sun-room with large dining-table, perfectly placed for leisurely holiday dining, sunny breakfasts or relaxing evening meals, watching the magnificent Pembrokeshire sunsets. Wander into the large sitting-room, sink into the comfortable large sofas and easy chairs enjoying happy times together. On chilly nights relax in the glow of the log fire and for the pianists enjoy a tune on the baby grand piano. This is the ideal setting for family gatherings, friends reuniting, celebrations and memorable family Christmases. The well-equipped spacious kitchen is the perfect spot for tasty holiday cooking, glimpse the sea and chat to the family in the adjacent dining-room through the hatch. Off the kitchen is a well-equipped utility-room, great for doggy care and wetsuits, with an American-style fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.
Large lawns roll to the front of Seaside House, with another lawned enclosed garden to the rear. The hot tub on the sheltered patio outside the sun-room beckons, relax and enjoy the splendid sea views and spectacular sunsets over the bay.
For children, Seaside House has many buckets and spades, fishing nets, body boards, books and toys for them to enjoy and also a safe enclosed garden to play in.
