DoubleSee the stunning view of St Michael's Mount from this gorgeous detached house which overlooks Mount's Bay. Enjoy the bracing Cornish air and the glistening Atlantic Ocean in the distance, which beckons guests to the coast for a day in the sun or a walk along the fabulous coastline in this area.
You will feel at home from the moment you arrive; pass the owner's home and park your cars in the private parking area in front of the cottage, take in the view and then head inside. There is plenty of space inside and out; enjoy the garden or just relax in this luxurious retreat. No expense has been spared on furnishings, linens or style.
The kitchen/diner is extremely well-equipped, light and airy. The adjoining sitting-room is gorgeous, fully glazed to the south to make the most of the views of the 'Mount'. This comfortable room has a roaring wood-burner in one corner, a large wall-mounted TV and a stylish suite. On this ground floor level there is also a snug where children can enjoy their own TV and space, a cloakroom and utility-room.
Head upstairs to the three bedrooms, where the main bedroom boasts a super-king size bed, separate dressing area and views across open fields to the sea. The second bedroom also has sea views and a king-size double bed whilst the third is a double. No one's going to have a poor night's sleep.
The family bathroom, also on the first floor, is amazing - spacious and light with a modern bath and a large walk-in shower.
The fabulous Tremenheere Sculpture gardens are just a short 400 yard walk away; a great place to eat out, soak up the atmosphere and explore the gardens. The seaside towns of St Ives, Penzance and Mousehole are just a short drive away and easily accessible, as well as the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno and the surfing paradise of Sennen Cove.
With moorland and the Bone Valley inland from Tolver Spring, this really is a place to explore and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Wildlife, peace and quiet can all be found at Tolver Spring, just one mile inland from the coast.
