From a spacious central hall, you will be drawn into a well-appointed sitting/dining-room. Along with comfortable soft furnishings, this room also benefits from a large dining-table - perfect for meals or a place to spread out and plan daily excursions. French doors lead out to a private terrace overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September) and extensive shared grounds.
Also accessed from the central hall is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining-area, ideal for informal meals with young children.
The apartment has two bedrooms; a super-king double with an en suite Shower-room and a unique twin room that boasts two American-sized beds. There is also a modern family bathroom.
Situated on the Duver, this is a special location indeed. Along with lovely, leafy grounds, a pool and tennis court, you are only moments from the beach. In addition, the village of Seaview is a short walk along the seafront. Seaview offers you the Old Fort Pub, Lily's Cafe and, tucked inside the Seaview Hotel, an award-winning restaurant. Further afield, but not far, is the larger town of Ryde where you will find a Co-op, Boots, WH Smiths and any number of independent shops, cafes and pubs. Apt 1 Springfield Court only accommodates four guests, there is flexibility as to which beds are used.
In addition there is a communal use of the pool each day between 12.30pm and 1.30pm(please note the pool is open beginning of May to the end of September).There is a booking system in place for the sole use of the swimming pool. The apartment has use for one hour per day, this can be booked a week in advance (online booking system instructions can be found in the property). Please be mindful and ensure the cover is replaced after use if there is no user booked after you. Please take care when rolling the cover to ensure it is rolling smoothly and not creased to avoid damage to the cover.
Please note that the swimming pool, communal tennis court and pond are used at guests' own risk.
