The sociable, open plan accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen, spacious sitting-area and a dining-area which takes pride of place enjoying the wonderful views across the garden.
The house is on the golf course next to The Point at Polzeath; facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, restaurant, gym and tennis courts, which can be booked direct (at cost). Please contact the Clubhouse for prices and availability of facilities.
This is a terrific spot for discovering this stunning part of north Cornwall. If you are after the beach life you will not be disappointed. Only a 15 minute stroll down the footpath you will find yourself in Polzeath – renowned for its surfing, golden sands, great shops and wonderful places to eat.
The walking in this area is simply phenomenal and there is a great view awaiting you around every corner, and of course, once you have burnt up all that energy, you will need to refuel and what better place to do it? North Cornwall is also a mecca for all things foodie with Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac all within very easy reach, what more could you want from your holiday!
