KingLowenna is a delightful semi-detached barn conversion with Bryher (3132) next door. Perfect for families, it is located in a lovely rural setting just a five minute walk from Porthcurnick Beach, where soft sand and rock pools will keep children entertained for hours. The Hidden Hut beach cafe serves wonderful food and in the summer months holds evening feasts when fabulous locally-sourced food is served at long, sociable tables. A 10 minute stroll along the coastal footpath takes you to the picturesque village of Portscatho which has its own beach, an eclectic selection of shops and places to eat. With a big shared garden with fully enclosed lawns, mature trees and wonderful views, Lowenna is the perfect setting for family holidays.
Lowenna is all on one level with an open plan living-room with laminate floors and French doors that lead out onto the deck. There is a fully fitted kitchen-area, a dining-area and a sitting-area with a television and a DVD player. There are two double bedrooms and a single room, with a bathroom with bath and fitted shower above.
Picnic tables are provided in the shared orchard, a lovely spot for outdoor meals with views over the bay to Nare Head and Gull Rock in one direction and rolling countryside in the other.
A well-behaved dog is welcome.
