This fabulous 'grand design' barn conversion, near east Devon's famous market town of Honiton, is just a short drive inland from the breathtaking Jurassic Coast between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.

Renovated barns don't come much more luxurious than this – three steps lead into the gorgeous dual-height contemporary interior. There are five great-sized double bedrooms – each en suite, four off a galleried landing and one on the ground floor with a wet-room.

The sheltered enclosed garden has a cedar wood hot tub, huge patio, children's play-area and grand outside dining-table that catches the evening sun. There is even a games-room in the barn next to the property (shared with the owners' two children). Celebrate with an al fresco banquet in the summer or around the roaring wood-burner out-of-season enjoying the 3D TV. The owners live in the farmhouse next door but Lambs Lawn has been designed with your privacy in mind.

This part of east Devon is a delight. It is very easy to get to on the main roads into Devon and yet within moments you are completely off the beaten track in beautiful unspoilt countryside. Lambs Lawn is in an edge of village setting, just over a mile from Honiton, close to the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

On a fair weather day you can walk into Honiton – try the award-winning Railway Inn for a totally delicious lunch and then browse through the antiques' shops for which Honiton is so well known. Market day is fun here too – with plenty of stalls to investigate.

The pebble beach of Regency Sidmouth is just about a 25 minute drive away – lots of sand at low tide – a 'step back in time' seaside town. Budleigh Salterton is another classic seaside town with one of the best fish and chip shops in the area! Sit on the beach to enjoy them as you watch the waves lap against the shore - bliss!
