This is the lane down to the river and the cottages beyond. A short walk along here takes you into the main village.
Locally known for excellent food is The Arundell Arms in the village, a bit of a hill to get to it but downhill all the way home.

We really loved this cottage. The cosy lounge with the wood burner was very welcoming, You can sit and watch the birds on the bird tables outside. The bedroom was comfortable. The area is lovely and quiet (just what we like). There is a wonderful farm shop not too far away where you can stock up on all sorts of goodies!! We love this area and hope to stay again soon....

Very pretty cottage and lovely comfortable lounge with wood burning stove. Great warm cosy evenings. Nice finishing touches like the cream tea when we arrived and fruit in the bowl. No need to take tea towels, washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets - all thoughtfully provided....
