We loved everything about The Flint Coach House! Location is perfect for Budleigh and Exmouth and the property is so homely, particularly cushions and blankets and comfy beds. We were blown away by the extra kind thoughts of a cream tea and milk in the fridge on arrival. Perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was having to come home!...

Absolutely outstanding, more than we could have imagined or hoped for. The owners have gone above and beyond. Little details like leaving cream tea for our arrival, having a Netflix account for us to use, a coffee machine, just shows there’s nothing they haven’t thought about. The interior is real quality, you can see money has been spent, and time and effort has been put in. It was perfect and we would love to return....
