We would certainly recommend this property to friends and relations as long as they were prepared it is not suitable for disabled. We found location great with easy access to surrounding places of interest, Agatha Christie's House a short distance away well worth a visit. My husband , my two daughters and I all enjoyed a lovely week. June Simmons....

Thank you for your review; it's great to hear you would recommend this property to your friends and family. While it is all on one level, we don't market this property as being accessible due to the initial stairs leading to the property which some guests with mobility issues may not find suitable for them however, we do try to show this in the pictures on the website and we would always encourage guests with limited mobility to call our team prior to booking so we can find the most befitting property for you. We hope we can welcome you back again soon. Phoebe, Customer Support...

Lovely comfortable cottage in very peaceful location with stunning views of the river Dart. Very comfortable beds and pillows . Great location for visiting local attractions and for access to Dartmouth via the ferry.

We have recently returned from an idyllic week at Gurrow Point with wonderful weather. This is a property with a real wow factor. The lodge is very comfortable and well equipped with the decor light and airy. If you are reasonably fit there is good walking straight from the door - remember, though, that this is coastal Devon so you are likely to be going either up or down a hill! Short strolls will take you to Dolphin Boatyard where a coffee kiosk - Compact Coffee - operates on certain days or down to Greenway Quay where you can catch a ferry or enjoy an ice cream or coffee and watch the comings and goings. There is a well stocked village store in Galmpton. For those wishing to go farther afield while leaving the car behind, there are regular buses with the stops being about a twenty five minute walk away on the main road. Alternatively, of course, you could just sit and admire that incredible view! A stunning property....
