Just returned from an amazing bank holiday stay at The Crook. The hut is like a tardis - much bigger on the inside than it looks! There is everything you should need/want for a perfect relaxing stay - including some very friendly sheep as your neighbours! The hot tub was very kindly heated for when we arrived and plenty of wood to reheat if you wanted to use it again. There is charcoal ready for if you want to have a nice bbq and the pizza oven is fantastic. There’s even a nice little area a short walk from the hut which is perfect to watch the sunrise. There is also whole guide that has been brilliantly put together with lots information on what can be done/seen nearby! Nick and Sallie were great hosts and we will definitely be returning in the not too distant future!...

If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful break in beautiful surroundings this is the place. Sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine listening to the sheep takes some beating!

We had an amazing week stay at The Crook to recharge our batteries. The hut was very clean and you had everything you needed.
The outdoor set up was great and my husband was in his element.

Had an absolutely amazing few nights in the crook. Nick was so friendly and explained how to use al facilities. Bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The grounds and garden at the crook were fabulous. Ernie the pet sheep was a dream , could have taken him home ! Hot tub was heated when we arrived and we made full use of facilities. Can’t wait to stay again . ...

We had an amazing stay at The Crook, it was even better than what we were expecting. The hot tub and pizza oven was a great addition and it was amazing to have friendly sheep around as our neighbours. Definitely will be visiting again!
