Another wonderful stay in Helford River and Hope Cottage. For my children Hope Cottage feels like that home away from home and its position is just brilliant. It allows for morning and evening swims when the tide is high, short walks in the morning for fresh Croissants and goodies for the day, well positioned to access all of the walks available and the terraced garden was perfect for Pizza picnics and Barbecues…a perfect getaway!...

Hope cottage is a chiming house in the middle of Helford. It lends it self to families with children who love messing about in the water. The cottage has a very special warm atmosphere

Hope Cottage is in a beautiful location that is extremely quiet (we were there outside school holidays). It is idyllic place to stay for exploring Helford Passage and the Lizard with a fantastic cafe, pub and local shop just a short walk away.

Helford is beautiful and Hope Cottage is lovely with plenty of room inside. Parking is tricky especially if you are in a group with more than one car. That being said, we parked both cars in the car park up the hill and paid for a weekly season ticket. There was an issue with the hot water when we arrived but Classic Cottages dealt with this promptly and were excellent at keeping us advised. It is an excellent location for walking and gaining access to the river....
